How is the estimate calculated?

We charge fixed hourly rates with a 3-hour minimum. Your written estimate gives a realistic time range built from your home size and the access at both addresses (floors, elevators, carry distance, parking). The final cost is the actual hours worked at that same rate — no hidden fees, nothing added on move day. Current rates: $139/hour for two movers and a truck, $169/hour for three.

Do you handle canyon and bluff homes?

It's our specialty. Topanga switchbacks, Malibu gate codes, Palisades bluff streets with long carries — we scout the access in advance, match the truck to the road, and staff the crew for the actual carry distance.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed and fully insured, with cargo and liability coverage. Documentation is available on request before you book. USDOT 4298923.

How far ahead should I book?

One to two weeks for weekends and month-end dates; weekday moves can often be scheduled on shorter notice. We run crews every day of the year, 8am–8pm.
