From that we write an honest estimate: a fixed hourly rate and a realistic time range for your specific job, with access already accounted for — the rate never changes, and there are no hidden fees.
On the day, the crew protects first and lifts second: furniture blanket-wrapped and shrink-sealed, floors papered, door frames padded, mattresses bagged. Beds and standard furniture come apart at the old place and go back together at the new one, in the rooms where they belong.

How long will my move take?
A one-bedroom typically runs 3–5 hours door to door; a two-bedroom 5–7 with a larger crew. Your written estimate includes a realistic time range for your specific access — walk-ups and long carries are counted in the range, not discovered on the day.
What's included in the rate?
Crew, truck, fuel within the corridor, blankets, shrink wrap, tape, floor protection, wardrobe boxes on the day, and standard disassembly and reassembly. Access is counted in the estimate range, and nothing is added after — the hourly rate is fixed.
Do you move on weekends?
Every day of the year, 8am–8pm. Weekends and month-end dates book first — reserve one to two weeks ahead when you can.
